About the case
RioMar Trade Center is a commercial condominium in Recife, strategically located in the Pina neighborhood, in an area connecting the South and North Zones of the city. The condominium consists of three towers next to a deck, connected to the RioMar shopping mall.
The project emerged to meet a trend of independent developments, linked to a large shopping and entertainment center. It was built with high architectural and technological standards, following the smart building proposal.
