About the case

The Legislative Chamber of the Federal District (CLDF) is the legislative body of the Brazilian Federal District. It consists of 24 district deputies elected by direct popular vote for four-year terms. It was established in the 1988 Federal Constitution, and its first elections took place in October 1990.

The Legislative Chamber is headquartered in Brasília, the seat of government, and operates at the Buriti Square. Among its activities are the drafting and approval of laws, as well as the consideration of gubernatorial vetoes and the exercise of external control over public accounts, carried out through the Federal District Court of Accounts.

Challenge

The proposal aims to implement a comprehensive and efficient access control system for the Legislative Chamber of the Federal District, aiming to meet the needs of approximately 7,000 users. Additionally, the proposed system will be integrated with a CCTV system to provide a secure and controlled environment, allowing activity monitoring through this integration.
